TZIRAKIAN PROFILA.E. announces that, following the transaction notification dated June 22, 2026, submitted to the Company, Mr. Lymparet Tzirakian, son of Aris, in his capacity as a person subject to disclosure requirements (Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors), proceeded on June 17, 2026, to purchase 6,000 common registered voting shares through an individual investment account, as well as 2,000 common registered voting shares of the Company through a joint investment account, with Mr. Thomas Tzirakian, son of Aris, as joint beneficiary, through the Athens Stock Exchange, for a total amount of 15,870 euros.
As of June 17, 2026, Mr. Lymparet Tzirakian, son of Aris, holds a total of 521,300 common registered voting shares, representing 17.10% of the Company’s total voting rights.
