Profile (ATH: PROF), an international technology group, is further strengthening its presence in the United Kingdom by moving to the next stage of integrating the recently acquired Contemi Solutions (London) Limited into the Group.
The company is being renamed Profile Solutions UK Limited and is expanding its presence from central London with new offices in Leicester, while the AXIA Suite platform is being enhanced with specialized features tailored to the regulatory and operational needs of the British investment management market.
The United Kingdom is one of the most demanding and mature markets globally in investment management. Strengthening Profile’s presence in the country through Profile Solutions UK expands the Group’s access to financial institutions with complex technological, regulatory, and operational needs.
The new corporate identity fully integrates the company under the umbrella of the Profile Group, a publicly traded financial technology group with steady double-digit growth, more than 35 years of industry experience, a presence in 50 countries, over 450 employees, and more than two trillion euros under management on its platforms.
Profile Solutions UK is now staffed by an experienced team in the fields of engineering, operations, and management, strengthening its local presence and its ability to effectively support financial institutions throughout the region.
The AXIA Suite has been enhanced with additional features specifically designed for the United Kingdom, leveraging capabilities already successfully used by clients in the country, including:
• Support for the regulatory and operational requirements of the UK market, including integration with CREST, support for tax regulations and ISA accounts, CASS and Client Money functions, as well as readiness for the UK’s planned transition to T+1 trade settlement.
• Native integrations with UK markets and data providers, such as Winner, Calastone, and ICE Pricing, as well as MiFID and EMT data feeds.
• Full automation of the corporate actions lifecycle, available either as a standalone feature or as part of the broader AXIA suite, helping organizations reduce operational risk, improve communication with clients, and increase operational efficiency.
