EKTER S.A., in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 and the Athens Stock Exchange Regulations, hereby informs investors of the signing of two (2) new contracts.
On June 11, 2026, a Bridge Agreement was signed between the Intrapower-EKTER-KLX AIRPORT Consortium—in which EKTER S.A.E., holding a 50% stake—and Kalamata Airport S.A. The agreement covers the studies and initial design of the Kalamata International Airport upgrade project until the signing of the main Design-Build contract that will follow. The contractual fee was set at a lump sum of €1,500,000.00 (plus 24% VAT).
On June 23, 2026, a contract was signed with the MUNICIPALITY OF CHIOS. The subject of the contract is the “CONSTRUCTION OF A SPECIAL MUNICIPAL PRESCHOOL (E.E.E.E.K.) IN CHIOS AT THE FOROS SITE.” The contractual fee was set at €8,231,172.02 (plus 24% VAT), while the total deadline for completion of the contract’s scope is set at thirty (30) months.
With the signing of the above contracts, the outstanding balance of public and private projects being carried out by EKTER S.A. (either independently or through its participation in joint ventures) amounts to 208.4 million euros.
