The project for the National Organization for the Provision of Health Services was awarded to the consortium of Span and Cosmos Systems as part of an international electronic tender for the “Renewal of existing Microsoft licenses, upgrade of existing IT equipment, and procurement of new equipment to meet EOPYY’s needs.”
The project has a significant technological and operational impact and is part of the overall effort to upgrade EOPYY’s hardware and software environment. The primary objective is to improve the day-to-day operations of the organization’s services, enhance the availability of its information systems, and ensure the secure, reliable, and efficient utilization of modern technological solutions.
The scope of the contract includes the renewal of existing Microsoft licenses, the procurement and installation of software to meet the needs of EOPYY’s services, support and management of the Microsoft 365 cloud environment, as well as the provision of training, maintenance, and technical support services. At the same time, the contract provides for network operations center (NOC) management and monitoring services available 24/7, enhancing the organization’s ability to oversee, manage, and support critical digital infrastructure with greater consistency, speed, and efficiency.
