AUTOHELLAS S.A. hereby informs the investing public that: Ms. Antonia Dimitrakopoulou, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, a person who performs managerial duties within the meaning of the aforementioned legislation, sold 10,000 common registered shares issued by the Company on June 23, 2026, at a price of €11.20 per share and a total transaction value of €112,000.00, to Main Stream S.A., a company controlled by Mr. Eftychios Vasilakis, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Company, and Mr. George Vasilakis, Executive Director.
In light of the above, Main Stream S.A.’s voting rights amount to 29,794,312, corresponding to 61.27% of the Company’s shares.
