ATTICA HOLDINGS S.A. (hereinafter the “Company”) hereby informs the investing public that Mr. Ioannis Vogiatzis has submitted his resignation from his position as a Non-Executive Member of the Company’s Board of Directors, as well as from his positions on the Audit Committee and the Risk Management Committee.
The Board of Directors, at its meeting on June 25,2026, having taken into account the relevant recommendation of the Company’s Compensation and Nomination Committee, decided not to replace the resigning member on the Board of Directors or on the Company’s Risk Management Committee.
Furthermore, it decided to appoint Ms. Anna Machaira, a Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors, as a Member of the Audit Committee for the remainder of the current Audit Committee’s term.
The Audit Committee was subsequently reconstituted as follows: - Efstratios Hatzigiannis, Chair, - Loukas Papazoglou, Member, and - Anna Machaira, Member.
