• Mr. Anastasios Manos and Mr. Giuseppe Gianno, following the establishment of a Joint Investment Account (JIA) under the name “JIA MANOS ANASTASIOS – GIUSEPPE GIANO” and the transfer to it of 916,700 and 332,380 shares they held individually, respectively, announced that KEM now holds a total of 1,249,080 shares of the Company, corresponding to 40.03% of the voting rights, thereby exceeding the threshold of one-third (1/3) of the voting rights.
• CASTELLANO PROPERTIES LIMITED now holds a total of 238,200 shares of the Company, corresponding to 7.63% of the voting rights, thereby falling below the 10% threshold of voting rights.
• Mr. Athanasios Kouloutbanis now holds a total of 105,000 shares of the Company, corresponding to 3.37% of the voting rights, resulting in his falling below the 5% threshold of voting rights.
• DIORAMA INVESTMENTS II RAIF S.C.A. acquired a total of 1,248,000 shares of the Company, corresponding to 40.00% of the voting rights, thereby exceeding the threshold of one-third (1/3) of the voting rights.
