Applications open today, Friday, June 26, at 6:00 p.m. for the recruitment of 24 staff members under fixed-term private-law employment contracts to implement the initiative “Promotion and Support of Children for Their Integration into Preschool Education, as well as Access for School-Age Children, Adolescents, and People with Disabilities to Creative Activity Services for the 2025–2026 Period” for staffing the daycare centers participating in the initiative under the Public Employment Service.
The deadline for submitting applications is Monday, July 6, at 11:59 p.m.
Applications must be submitted exclusively online via the government’s Single Digital Portal, gov.gr, using TAXISnet credentials at the relevant web address.
Specifically, the path is: gov.gr → Work and Social Security → Public Sector Employment → Application for Employment at DYPA Daycare Centers.
DYPA urges candidates to ensure they correctly fill out the required fields of the application, in accordance with the detailed instructions in the manual and the information described in detail in the “Appendix of Announcements for Fixed-Term Employment Contracts (SOCH)” marked with the issue date “19-02-2025,” as errors in completing the application may result in the candidate not being scored correctly.
Upon final submission of the application, the candidate is provided with a printable copy of the “ASEP Form S.O.X. 1PE/TE or S.O.X. 2DE/YE,” including a reference number and the exact date and time of submission.
The twenty-four positions for staff under fixed-term private-law employment contracts, effective from the date of contract signing through August 31, 2026, with the possibility of renewal or extension should the program continue, are allocated as follows: within the Prefecture of Attica (16) and Larissa (8).
The specific allocation of positions within each prefecture is listed in the relevant announcement (SOCH1-2026), which is posted on the DYPA web portal.
Each candidate is entitled to submit only one application and only for positions in a single staff category (PE, TE, or DE). Combining positions from different staff categories in one or more applications automatically results, in all cases, in the cancellation of all applications and the exclusion of the candidate from the remainder of the process.
In addition, the DYPA informs interested parties of the following:
Applications cannot be submitted after the deadline.
Applications submitted by any means other than through the DYPA platform will not be considered.
Whether an application is submitted on time is determined based on the date of its electronic submission to DYPA.
DYPA’s privately owned daycare centers operate from September 1 through July 31, from 6:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday through Friday) and are intended for infants and toddlers aged 6 months to 4 years. Care for infants and toddlers is free of charge. A daily program of creative activities is provided to support the children’s harmonious physical, mental, and educational development.
Selection criteria are based on financial status (with priority given to lower-income families) and social circumstances (large families, single-parent families, orphans, parents with disabilities, etc.).
