Both new and existing subscribers can sign up for Nova more, combining Internet, landline, and mobile phone services to enjoy significant cost savings as well as benefits such as connection from day one and premium customer service.
Specifically, Nova more offers:
- Even more affordable landline and mobile service, with prices starting at just €36 for the Fiber 100 plan and a mobile plan featuring Unlimited Talk & SMS plus 5GB.
- Internet connection from day one, with the Connect DayOne service, leveraging the 5G network that Nova has launched commercially.
- Ultra Wi-Fi: A strong Wi-Fi signal at home, using mesh equipment, with the service provided free of charge to subscribers who choose plans with speeds of 500 Mbps and above.
- Premium customer service experience: All Nova more customers receive immediate assistance, with calls answered in less than 30 seconds. And if they wish, they can request a callback directly through the CallmeBack service available in the Nova app. If, however, they have an issue that cannot be resolved over the phone, a Nova technician will visit the subscriber immediately at no charge.
All new residential customers who bundle landline and mobile services can sign up for Nova more, and existing residential customers can also participate as long as they renew both services at the same time. If customers bundle Nova more with the EON TV service, they can also take advantage of special rates for the EON service.
Innovative technologies for an enhanced connectivity experience
A key innovation of Nova more is connectivity from day one. Customers who have applied for an FTTH connection in a building that does not yet have fiber-optic infrastructure and who sign up for Nova more will be able to access the Internet until the FTTH service is activated through the Connect DayOne service.
Once the FTTH connection is activated, it’s time for Ultra Wi-Fi, which uses mesh technology to enhance Wi-Fi coverage throughout your home, even in areas far from the router. Ultra Wi-Fi is installed by Nova’s specialized technicians at no charge.
Premium Customer Service Experience
Nova more subscribers will receive immediate assistance through smart IVR features or by speaking with a specialized representative who answers calls in less than 30 seconds. At the same time, they have access to the “CallmeBack” service through the Nova app: with the press of a button, a Nova representative will call them back in just 1 minute—it’s easy and simple.
Finally, if a Nova more subscriber encounters a technical issue that cannot be resolved remotely, they are entitled to a free technician visit, with Nova taking care of resolving the issue.
