The Chairman and CEO of DOTSOFT S.A., Mr. Anastasios Manos (photo), stated:
“The entry of DECA Investments, a strong institutional investor, is a vote of confidence in the company’s trajectory, our team, and the prospects of the market in which we operate. The company has succeeded in developing a particularly strong portfolio of solutions and clients, and we believe we are at a turning point where growth opportunities are significant both in Greece and abroad, in both the public and private sectors. The company’s management and strategic direction remain unchanged.
What is changing is our ability to accelerate certain initiatives already in the pipeline, such as the development of new products and services, strengthening recurring revenue, further penetrating new markets, and capitalizing on opportunities for acquisitions or strategic partnerships as they arise. “One of our key objectives is to further strengthen our presence in the capital market and transition to the Main Market of Euronext Athens when conditions and requirements permit.”
The partnership aims to drive significant growth for Dotsoft S.A. by expanding its operations in both existing and new markets, a goal that is fully aligned with Diorama II’s strategy of investing in profitable, dynamic, and growing companies, as well as with Dotsoft S.A.’s strategy to continue its innovative trajectory and consolidate its position in international markets and in providing solutions to private-sector companies.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO, Mr. Anastasios Manos, and the Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, Ms. Anna Kourelia, continue to perform their duties, ensuring management continuity and the seamless implementation of DOTSOFT’s strategic development plan.
