ELLACTOR S.A. (hereinafter the “Company” or “ELLACTOR”) hereby informs investors that on June 26, 2026, a contract was signed for the sale of its property in Halandri, Attica.
The property, an office building with a total area of approximately 12,229 square meters, was sold following a competitive bidding process conducted by the Hellenic Holding and Property Company S.A. (EESYP S.A.)/ Strategic Contracts Unit, to house the operations of the “Athena” Research Center, one of the country’s most important research and innovation institutions.
The “Athena” Research Center comprises institutes and research programs active in cutting-edge fields of digital technologies, such as artificial intelligence, data science, information systems, and robotics. It is one of the leading public technology research institutions in Greece and employs approximately 1,000 people, the majority of whom are scientists in computer science and the natural sciences.
The total transaction price amounted to €18.950 million.
