Gevsinous is proceeding with a corporate restructuring, creating a single holding company that will bring all of its core activities under one “umbrella.” At the center of this is Gevsinous Holding Single-Member S.A., into which 100% of the shares of four group companies will be contributed through a share exchange.According to the valuation report, the total value of the four companies stands at 111.86 million euros. The highest valuation is for Gefsinos S.A. at 78.88 million euros, while Gefsinos Ltd. is valued at 12.28 million euros, Top Kraft S.A. (Gevsinous North) at 13.42 million euros, and Chrysi Chena S.A. (Mediterranean Life) at 7.28 million euros.
Gevsinous serves more than 100 clients, ranging from industrial facilities and hospitals to educational institutions, military units, and businesses, and operates production facilities in Kryoneri and Sindos, Thessaloniki. Overall, its activities range from industrial meal production and cafeteria operations to corporate dining and catering services.
