Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company announces that its Board of Directors will meet on Monday, August 3, 2026, to review the financial results of the Bank of Cyprus Group for the half-year ended June 30, 2026, and to declare and pay an interim dividend.
The financial results will be announced on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, prior to the start of the stock exchange meeting, on the Athens Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
