According to the notification, following the acquisition of voting rights, SMALLCAP World Fund, Inc. directly held, as of June 24, 2026, 5.12% of the Company’s total voting rights, which corresponds to 18,584,606 voting rights out of a total of 362,864,197 voting rights.
SMALLCAP World Fund, Inc. is not controlled by any other natural or legal person and does not control any other entity that holds a direct or indirect stake in the Company.

“ADMIE HOLDINGS S.A.” (the “Company”) announces that on June 26, 2026, it received a notification from The Capital Group Companies, Inc. regarding a significant change in voting rights, specifically, a change in the percentage of voting rights held by the latter in the Company, as a result of which it exceeded the 5% threshold of the Company’s total voting rights, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Article 9 of Law 3556/2007, as currently in force.
According to the notification, following the acquisition of voting rights, The Capital Group Companies, Inc. indirectly held, as of June 24, 2026, a 5.26% stake in the Company’s total voting rights, a percentage corresponding to 19,087,701 voting rights out of a total of 362,864,197 voting rights of the Company.
The voting rights are attributed to The Capital Group Companies, Inc. through its subsidiary, Capital Research and Management Company, which acts as the investment manager of the relevant holdings and exercises the corresponding voting rights.
