“Eurobank” announces that the Bank’s Board of Directors, at its meeting on June 26, 2026, decided to appoint Mr. John Arthur Hollows, an Independent Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors, as a new member of the Audit Committee to fill the vacancy that arose following, effective June 27, 2025, resignation of Mr. Jawaid Mirza and to restore the five-member composition of the Committee, as determined by the resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on July 23, 2024.
Following the above appointment, the Audit Committee was reconstituted and appointed its Chair as follows:

- Rajeev Kakar, Independent Non-Executive Director, Member
- Eirini Rouvita Panou, Independent Non-Executive Director, Member
- Aliki Grigoriadi, Independent Non-Executive Director, Member
