The company “KLOSTOYFANTOURGIA NAFPAKTOU S.A.” (the “Company”), further to its announcements dated 15.06.2026 and 29.06.2026 regarding the related-party transaction in accordance with articles 99 et seq. of Law 4548/2018, informs the investing public that today, 29 June 2026, the notarial deed for the transfer of the three horizontal properties was signed of the Company located at 40-44 Agiou Georgiou Street in Pefki, Attica, to Messrs. Vasileios Polychronos and Dimitrios Polychronos.
The transfer was carried out in accordance with the Board of Directors’ authorization dated 15.06.2026, following the lapse without action of the deadline under article 100 para. 3 of Law 4548/2018.
The total consideration for the transaction, in the amount of €1,950,000, was paid in installments to the Company during 2025 and was allocated to reduce the Company's bank borrowing.
