The company “NAUPACTOS TEXTILE MANUFACTURING S.A.” (the “Company”), following its announcements dated June 15, 2026, and June 29, 2026, regarding the transaction with related parties in accordance with Articles 99 et seq. of Law 4548/2018, hereby informs the investing public that today, June 29, 2026, the notarial deed for the transfer of the Company’s three horizontal properties located at 40–44 Agios Georgios Street in Pefki, Attica, to Messrs. Vasileios Polychronos and Dimitrios Polychronos was signed.
The transfer was carried out in accordance with the Board of Directors’ authorization dated June 15, 2026, following the expiration of the deadline set forth in Article 100, paragraph 3, of Law 4548/2018.
The total consideration for the transaction, amounting to €1,950,000, was paid in installments to the Company during 2025 and was used to reduce the Company’s bank debt.
