SAP Hellas is dynamically supporting business transformation by investing in the new generation of professionals with the aim of accelerating the adoption of new technologies.
In this context, the Young Professionals Program 2026 was successfully completed, the fully funded training and labor market integration program for young people by SAP, which strengthens readiness in Artificial Intelligence and Cloud technologies.
The program was implemented at a pivotal time, as Greece seeks to accelerate the adoption of Artificial Intelligence and Cloud technologies and the development of new digital skills for businesses and the workforce.
As the relevant announcement notes, through the initiative, 24 young professionals were trained in two strategic areas of business transformation: SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and Generative AI application development.
Throughout the program, participants received intensive training in SAP solutions such as SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Generative AI, SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Joule for Consultants, broadening their specialization into other technological areas as well. Beyond technological training, the program also focused on business acumen, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making, preparing the graduates so that they can contribute to customer projects from the very first day.
After two months of intensive hands-on training, the new SAP Associate Consultants are now ready to staff SAP partner and customer organizations, contributing to the growing need of the Greek market for specialized Cloud and AI professionals. This program confirms SAP Hellas' commitment to the long-term development of the Greek market and the broader technology ecosystem.

Since 2013, the SAP Young Professionals Program has supported more than 5,000 young professionals in over 48 countries in the EMEA region, preparing them for the growing demands of the modern technological environment.
