Cosmos Business Systems successfully completed the EDYTE project titled “Supply of Electronic Equipment for Digital Empowerment Hubs for the Elderly and People with Disabilities,” for the Ministry of Social Cohesion and Family, thereby making a substantial contribution to enhancing digital access and education for vulnerable social groups throughout the country.
According to the relevant announcement, the project involves creating the necessary IT infrastructure at Digital Empowerment Hubs, which operate in municipalities and appropriate facilities, such as Friendship Clubs, KAPI, day care centers for people with disabilities, branch offices of organizations, and associations. The goal is to support digital education and empowerment programs for older adults and people with disabilities, with a practical and socially meaningful impact.
Under the terms of the contract, Cosmos Business Systems undertook the procurement, delivery, installation, and configuration of electronic equipment for a total of 194 Digital Empowerment Hubs, of which 120 are for older adults and 74 are for people with disabilities.
The completion and final acceptance of the project confirm Cosmos Business Systems’ technical competence, organizational capacity, and experience in implementing large-scale projects for public sector entities, with a direct social impact.
