Cosmos Business Systems successfully completed the EDYTE project concerning the “Supply of Electronic Equipment for Digital Empowerment Hubs for the Elderly and Persons with Disabilities”, for the Ministry of Social Cohesion and Family, substantially contributing to strengthening digital access and education for vulnerable social groups throughout the country.
According to the relevant announcement, the project concerns the creation of the necessary information infrastructure in Digital Empowerment Hubs, which operate in municipalities and suitable structures, such as Friendship Clubs, KAPI, day care centers for people with disabilities, branches of organizations and associations. The aim is to support digital education and empowerment programs for the elderly and people with disabilities, with a practical and socially meaningful impact.
Within the framework of the contract, Cosmos Business Systems undertook the supply, delivery, installation and configuration of electronic equipment for a total of 194 Digital Empowerment Hubs, of which 120 concern the elderly and 74 concern people with disabilities.
The completion and final acceptance of the project confirms the technical adequacy, organizational capability and experience of Cosmos Business Systems in implementing large-scale projects for Public Sector bodies, with a direct social impact.
