The deadline for submitting requests for corrections to the provisional cadastral maps and tables of the Public Notice has been extended until Monday, July 6, 2026, for property owners in the Kallikratis municipalities of Rethymno, Agios Vasilios, Amari, Anogeia, and Mylopotamos in the Regional Unit of Rethymno, Region of Crete, as announced by the Hellenic Cadastre.
The posting process is conducted entirely online, without requiring citizens to appear in person at the Cadastral Office.
After updating their contact information on the website, property owners can review and confirm or correct the registration of their property, thereby avoiding legal disputes that cost time, money, and hassle.
Specifically, they should review and verify:
- The description and legal information regarding their properties (Cadastral Table)
- The boundaries of their parcels (Cadastral Map)
If they agree with the information in the posting, they do not need to take any further action.
If they find that they disagree with any of the details, they may submit a request for correction, either online here or at the Cadastral Office, by appointment.
The deadline for submitting requests to correct obvious errors has been extended to July 6, 2026.
From the date of publication, the provisions of Article 5 of Law 2308/1995 regarding the drafting of contracts, court proceedings, and the registration of any deed with the Land Registry shall take effect.
