Bioter proceeded with the sale of three plots of land in the Municipality of Moschato and on Poseidonos Avenue. The total price amounted to approximately 5.11 million euros.
The full text of the listed company’s announcement follows:
“The company ‘Industrial Technical Works BIOTER S.A.’ hereby informs the investing public that, in accordance with the provisions of the Restructuring Agreement dated March 30, 2018, as amended by the amending and supplementary acts dated February 14, 2019, and January 17, 2020, ratified by Decision No. 558/2020 of the Athens Multi-Member Court of First Instance, proceeded on June 29, 2026, with the transfer (sale) of real estate, specifically, three (3) plots of land located within the approved plan of the Municipality of Moschato, Attica, within the cadastral district of the Municipality of the same name, Building Block No. 16, on Poseidonos Avenue, Poseidonos Avenue, where they bear the numbers 33-35-37, for a consideration of 5,109,000.00 euros, as provided for in the Restructuring Agreement.”
