Following its announcement dated May 29, 2026, the AVE Group of Companies hereby informs investors that it has fully subscribed to the €5 million share capital increase of the company “SOKRATIS D. Konstantinou & Son S.A. Trade – Glassware and Household Goods” and the trade name “YALCO.”
The investment was made through the Group’s wholly-owned subsidiary, AVE Participation Ltd., which acquired 32.05% of YALCO’s share capital.
