The AVE group of companies, following the announcement dated 29.05.2026, informs the investment community that it covered the entire amount of the share capital increase of €5 million in the company "SOKRATIS D. KONSTANTINOU AND SON S.A. Trade - Industry of Glassware and Household Items" with the distinctive title “YALCO”.
The participation was carried out through the Group's 100% subsidiary, AVE Participation ltd which acquired 32.05% of YALCO's share capital.
