“ADMIE HOLDINGS S.A.” (the “Company”) announces, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as currently in force, that on June 26, 2026, it received a notification from The Capital Group Companies, Inc. regarding a significant change in voting rights, specifically a change in the percentage of voting rights attributed to it, as a result of which it exceeded the 5% threshold of the Company’s total voting rights, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law 3556/2007, as currently in force.
According to the notification, following the acquisition of voting rights, the percentage of voting rights indirectly held by The Capital Group Companies, Inc. stood at 5.26% of the Company’s total voting rights as of June 24, 2026, a percentage corresponding to 19,087,701 voting rights out of a total of 362,864,197 voting rights of the Company.
The Capital Group Companies, Inc. is the parent company of Capital Research and Management Company (“CRMC”). The voting rights are held by The Capital Group Companies, Inc. through CRMC, which exercises discretionary investment management over the relevant holdings and the corresponding voting rights.
Furthermore, a portion of the voting rights indirectly held by The Capital Group Companies, Inc. relates to a holding by SMALLCAP World Fund, Inc., which directly holds 18,584,606 shares of the Company, corresponding to 5.12% of the Company’s total voting rights.
It should be noted that SMALLCAP World Fund, Inc. has granted Capital Research and Management Company, its investment manager, the authority to exercise the corresponding voting rights. Consequently, this holding is also included in the notification submitted by The Capital Group Companies, Inc., regarding which the Company published a relevant announcement on June 29, 2026.
