Apollo Hills has reached yet another significant milestone in its construction. Hines, the international real estate investment and development company behind the project, announced the completion of the structural framework, confirming that Apollo Hills, one of the most iconic luxury residential projects on the Athenian Riviera, is progressing according to schedule, with delivery slated for the second quarter of 2027.
The ceremony marking the completion of the structural framework was attended by the Mayor of Vari-Voula-Vouliagmeni, Mr. Grigoris Konstantellos, Mr. Paul Gomopoulos, Senior Managing Director and Head of Hines in Greece, Mr. Savvas Savvaidis, President and CEO of Greece Sotheby’s International Realty, as well as executives from the project’s development and construction teams.
Located in Voula, just 16 km south of central Athens and at the foot of Mount Hymettus, Apollo Hills is a €200 million luxury development with BREEAM certification, designed by Porphyrios Associates and Diarchon Architects.
According to the relevant announcement, the project combines sustainable design, high-quality architecture, and a contemporary approach inspired by the Greek landscape and way of life, creating a new residential community that is attracting interest from the international market. ELEMKA is responsible for construction, while Greece Sotheby’s International Realty has exclusive marketing rights for the residences.
Mr. Grigoris Konstantellos, Mayor of Vari-Voula-Vouliagmeni, stated: “Apollo Hills sets a new standard for how large-scale projects can be implemented in our municipality—with respect for the environment, a meaningful contribution to the local community, and a level of quality that enhances the entire area. The completion of the main structural framework is a particularly significant moment for Voula, and we look forward to the project’s completion and to welcoming its future residents to our city.”
Mr. Paul Gomopoulos, Senior Managing Director and Head of Hines in Greece, stated: “The completion of this construction phase is a significant milestone for everyone who contributed to the project’s realization. It is the result of many months of systematic work by a dedicated team, and it is important to see this effort reflected in the progress of the work. Apollo Hills is not just about building homes; it embodies what can be achieved when expertise meets a destination as unique as the Athenian Riviera. We remain committed to the next steps of the project and to delivering a result that meets the quality standards its future residents deserve.”
Mr. Savvas Savvaidis, President and CEO of Greece Sotheby’s International Realty, stated: “Greece Sotheby’s International Realty has been associated with Apollo Hills from day one, and as the project takes shape, our confidence in its prospects is reaffirmed. The Athenian Riviera has now established itself as one of the most sought-after luxury residential destinations in Europe, and projects of this caliber play a decisive role in its momentum. International buyers are closely monitoring the market; they are well-informed, highly selective, and recognize quality. Apollo Hills meets these expectations, and today’s milestone is yet another reason for confidence.”
