In a strategic partnership with Hellas Gold, incharge is providing full support for the charging and energy management of the new, state-of-the-art fleet of heavy-duty electric vehicles.
According to the press release, to meet the needs of the daily ore transport route from the Olympias mine to the port of Stratoni, incharge supplied Hellas Gold with two state-of-the-art 180kW fast chargers. This infrastructure ensures the seamless, fast, and safe charging of the two new fully electric Mercedes-Benz Actros e600 Pro Cabin trucks, which are replacing conventional vehicles, transforming the route into a virtually silent, zero-CO₂ emission journey.
At the same time, the partnership extends to digital services via incharge’s management platform, enabling Hellas Gold to monitor the vehicles’ energy consumption and provide data for analyzing sustainability metrics. This ensures optimal fleet operation and provides measurable data demonstrating the reduction in the environmental footprint resulting from the investment.
