Starting tomorrow, Friday, July 3 at 18:00, the electronic submission of applications begins for registrations and re-registrations of infants and toddlers in the 28 Infant and Toddler Centers of the Public Employment Service (DYPA) for the 2026-2027 school year.
According to the relevant announcement, the hosting of children is provided free of charge, while the application submission deadline expires on Monday, July 13 at 23:59.
DYPA's privately owned infant and toddler centers operate from September 1 to July 31, daily from 06:45 to 16:00 and host children aged from 6 months to 4 years. A daily creative activity program is implemented for the harmonious educational and psychosomatic development of the children.
Infant and Toddler Centers of Attica Prefecture: Agia Varvara, Ano Liosia, Elefsina, Keratsini, Menidi, Moschato, Olympic Village, Peristeri, Ilio and Chaidari.
Regional Infant and Toddler Centers: Agrinio, Arta, Drama, Igoumenitsa, Ioannina, Kavala, Kalamata, Karditsa, Karpenisi, Komotini, Mesolongi, Naousa, Xanthi, Patras, Pylaia Thessaloniki, Serres, Trikala and Larisa.

The route is: gov.gr → Education → Registration in an infant and child daycare center → Registration in an infant and toddler center of the Public Employment Service (DYPA)
“Beneficiaries” of the Program are the parents or those exercising custody (foster parents, guardians, etc.) of infants – toddlers:
- employees under a dependent private-law employment relationship at the expiration of the application submission deadline
- insured with e-EFKA due to a dependent employment relationship with contributions in favor of DYPA's unemployment branch, at any time during the period of 12 full months preceding the expiration of the application submission deadline
- registered unemployed persons based on the current institutional framework in DYPA's Digital Register of job seekers, with a continuous unemployment period on the date of expiration of the application submission deadline of at least three (3) months
- are beneficiaries of the unemployment allowance for self-employed/independently employed insured persons (former OAEE, former ETAP – MME, former ETAA). –
Tax clearance note for the year 2025 (income for the year 2024).
In cases where data cannot be retrieved through ex officio search by DYPA, the check will be carried out based on the supporting documents provided for in Section C of the Call for Expressions of Interest. The selection criteria are economic and social. After the completion of the application submission process, temporary lists of selected, substitute and excluded infants-toddlers will be posted and the beneficiaries will be able to submit objections.
DYPA participates in the action “Promotion and support of children for their inclusion in preschool education as well as for the access of school-age children, adolescents and persons with disabilities to creative activity services” with EETAA SA as the Beneficiary Body, co-financed by the European Social Fund (ESF) as well as by national resources, within the framework of the Partnership Agreement for Regional Development (ESPA) for the Programming Period 2021-2027.
Parents who meet the conditions for inclusion in the above program are invited to submit the relevant application on time and to monitor the progress of the program on its page (www.eetaa.gr), and to submit the corresponding voucher to the DYPA Infant and Toddler Center.
