CPI S.A. informs the investment community that on 01/07/2026 Mr. Evangelos Moskachlaidis was elected by the company's Board of Directors as a new independent non-executive member of the Board of Directors.
Subsequently, at today's meeting of 02/07/2026, the Board of Directors was reconstituted as a body and its new composition is as follows:
1. Papathanos Christos son of Aristeidis, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Non-Executive member.
2. Papathanos Aristeidis son of Christos, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Executive Member and Chief Executive Officer.
3. Tsadima Sofia daughter of Georgios, Non-Executive member.
4. Piga Eleni daughter of Dimitrios, Non-Executive member.
