ATTICA DEPARTMENT STORES S.A. (the “Company”) hereby informs the investing public that, following relevant notifications it has received, the following individuals, who either hold executive positions at the Company or have close ties to persons holding executive positions, within the meaning of Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 (“MAR”), acquired on July 1, 2026, common registered shares of the Company with voting rights.
These shares were credited to the securities accounts of the aforementioned persons in the Dematerialized Securities System (DSS), as part of the Public Offering of existing shares of the Company owned by KYMORA LIMITED, as well as the Parallel Offering of shares to a limited group of persons, also owned by KYMORA LIMITED.
1. Mr. Panagiotis Kanellopoulos, Chairman – Independent Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors, acquired a total of 28,594 common registered shares with voting rights for a total consideration of €91,500.80, or €3.20 per share.
2. Mr. Ioannis Artinos, Vice Chairman – Independent Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors, acquired a total of 40,953 common registered shares with voting rights for a total consideration of €131,049.60, or €3.20 per share.
3. Mr. Demosthenes Boumis, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Member of the Board of Directors, acquired a total of 163,836 common registered shares with voting rights, for a total consideration of €524,275.20, or €3.20 per share.
4. Mr. Dionysios Doulaveris, Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Executive Member of the Board of Directors, acquired a total of 88,208 common registered shares with voting rights for a total consideration of €282,265.60, or €3.20 per share.
5. Ms. Areti Tsekoura, a Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors, acquired a total of 12,500 common registered shares with voting rights, for a total consideration of €40,000.00, or €3.20 per share, while Mr. Lambros Papakonstantinou, an individual with close ties to Ms. Areti Tsekoura, acquired a total of 19,800 common registered shares with voting rights for a total consideration of €63,360.00, or €3.20 per share.
6. Ms. Glykeria Tsernou, an Independent Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors, acquired a total of 12,500 common registered shares with voting rights for a total consideration of €40,000.00, or €3.20 per share.
7. Mr. Konstantinos Lampropoulos, a person closely associated with Ms. Eleni Tzakou, an Independent Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors, acquired a total of 7,218 common registered shares with voting rights for a total consideration of €23,097.60, or €3.20 per share.
8. Ms. Florence Rollet, an Independent Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors, acquired a total of 28,594 common registered shares with voting rights for a total consideration of €91,500.80, or €3.20 per share.
9. Mr. Paolo De Cesare, Independent Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors, acquired a total of 46,875 common registered shares with voting rights, for a total consideration of €150,000.00, or €3.20 per share.
