In light of the recent arrests of members of criminal organizations involved in cases of fraud against citizens, as well as similar incidents that have been reported recently, HEDNO once again urges its customers to be vigilant against attempts to deceive them by individuals who falsely claim to be employees or representatives of the Company.
These scammers call from unknown cell phone numbers and attempt to deceive citizens by claiming to act on behalf of HEDNO or another organization. For example, they mention “high utility bills,” ask for information about electrical appliances (such as air conditioners), and then try to extract details about valuables or cash, even suggesting an appointment for a supposed “inspection”.
Please note:
- HEDNO never asks for information about money or valuables.
- HEDNO never schedules inspections via phone calls from unknown numbers.
If you receive such a call:

- ❌ Do not hand over money, valuables, or personal items to anyone.
