Wonderful, the company developing Wonderful AI OS, an artificial intelligence operating system for businesses, announced the completion of its third funding round (Series C), worth $550 million, with its valuation reaching $5 billion.
Insight Partners led the funding round with the participation of Salesforce, as well as existing investors Index Ventures, IVP, Vine Ventures, 9Yards and Bessemer Venture Partners.
As the relevant announcement notes, from the second funding round in March 2026 until today, Wonderful expanded its activity to more than 35 markets, increasing its workforce to 650 employees worldwide, while at the same time transforming its platform into a complete artificial intelligence operating system (AI OS).
Companies now use Wonderful AI OS to automate end-to-end workflows, build and deploy AI-native applications, and coordinate AI agents across every department.
The new funding will support product development, expand Wonderful’s development teams globally, and meet growing business demand for the AI OS.
“We are entering a new era of transformation for businesses,” said Bar Winkler, Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Wonderful. “Just as cloud platforms became established as a pillar of modern business, so too are artificial intelligence operating systems (AI OS) set to become the foundation of every organization.
Our customers’ experience shows that once AI is integrated into the production process of one department, it immediately expands across the entire organization. Without a common operating system, AI risks reproducing the fragmentation of traditional software. Organizations need a shared AI infrastructure that gains greater value through its continuous use. That is exactly what we are creating, and this new funding will allow us to help even more businesses move forward with this transition”.
Wonderful AI OS is a unified operating layer that coordinates AI agents, workflows, AI-native applications, enterprise context, integrations, and secure process execution across the entire organization. Designed as an open and model-agnostic platform, it integrates seamlessly into existing technology environments.
In this way, businesses adopt new models and capabilities as the sector evolves, avoiding constant changes to their infrastructure or lock-in to a single provider. Corporate data, integrations, governance mechanisms, and reusable infrastructure are capitalized over time, ensuring that each subsequent AI tool deployment is executed faster and with greater security.
The AI OS includes a range of core products: workflows that automate complex processes from beginning to end, productivity AI agents that support employees and improve decision-making, AI-native applications that complement or replace older software systems, and conversational agents that help businesses serve and grow their customer base. The products are deployed either independently or in combination with each other, with common governance, security, and management rules across the entire platform.
“We designed the AI OS to be customizable and open, because businesses do not need to replace everything they already have in order to integrate artificial intelligence,” said Roey Lalazar, Chief Technology Οfficer and Co-founder of Wonderful.
“Customers can adopt whichever elements of the platform meet their needs, integrate them into their existing systems, choose the most suitable models for each task, and retain ownership of everything they create. This flexibility keeps our customers’ options open, while at the same time committing us to remain at the cutting edge of technology”.
Wonderful’s engineers work together with customers to bring the first application into production operation. They then transfer the relevant know-how so that businesses can increasingly develop, expand, and manage the platform on their own. The AI OS can be installed in any cloud environment, including on-premise, offering maximum flexibility according to the security and governance requirements of each organization.
“Wonderful is positioning itself strongly in one of the biggest growth opportunities in enterprise AI,” said Jeff Horing, Co-founder and Μanaging Director of Insight Partners. “While many companies apply AI in individual departments or specific use cases, Wonderful is developing the operating foundation that enables the overall expansion of its capabilities at the level of the entire organization.
We have watched the team implement this vision in dozens of markets, with particularly successful early production deployments in some of the world’s largest enterprises. It is a great pleasure for us to continue supporting the company in the next phase of its growth”.
