The deadline for submitting applications for the purchase of occupied public properties is extended by one year, until 11 September 2027, and for all regions of the country.
The Ministry of National Economy and Finance proceeded with this decision so that citizens can make use of the relevant option and pending matters that remain to this day can be resolved, the relevant announcement notes.
It is noted that the option to purchase occupied public properties was established by Law 5024/2023 on the condition that the terms provided for by the legislation are met.
