The company “PETROS PETROPOULOS S.A.I.C.” (the “Company”) informs the investment community that it has signed a “Summary of Key Terms of Agreement” (“Term Sheet”) concerning the acquisition of 100% of the shares of the company “TZORTZIS CAR TRADE AND SERVICE S.A.” (the “Acquisition”), the longest-operating authorized retail reseller and maintenance provider of Jaguar Land Rover vehicles in Greece.
“TZORTZIS CAR TRADE AND SERVICE S.A.” recorded in the year 2025 sales amounting to €19 million. It has two stores in operation, a central one at 99 Lavriou Avenue, in Stavros Agias Paraskevis, and a branch at 2 Erythraias Avenue, in Nea Erythraia, Attica.
The planned Acquisition is part of the expansion strategy of the Company in the sector of retail trade and provision of maintenance (service) services for Jaguar Land Rover vehicles, of which the Company is their official authorized importer in Greece.
The conclusion of the definitive agreement for the Acquisition is subject to the following conditions: (a) the successful completion of the ongoing financial and legal due diligence, and (b) the obtaining of any required approval from the Competition Commission, as well as any further required administrative approvals.
The Acquisition value has been set at the total amount of €6.5 million.
The Company will keep the investment community informed of any significant development in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework.
