Stricter control procedures and the imposition of sanctions in the management of Single Aid Applications (EAE) are established by the AADE, by decision of its governor. The new framework implements the provisions of article 63A of Law 5264/2025, defining the competent bodies and the procedure for establishing violations within the framework of the Integrated Administration and Control System (OSDE).
Decision A.1180/8-9-2026 concerns the Declaration Reception Centers (KYD), as well as natural and legal persons or legal entities that, following a written agreement with the aid beneficiary, are authorized to submit, amend and manage, for a fee, Single Aid Applications (EAE), within the framework of the Integrated Administration and Control System (OSDE).
What the new decision provides
The new rules specify the obligations of the entities involved and define the following points:
- the competent bodies and organizational units of AADE for carrying out the controls,
- the subject of the control, the obligations under review and the due diligence requirements,
- the procedure for control and establishment of violations,
- the competent bodies and the procedure for imposing sanctions,
- the procedure and the criteria for determining the sanctions,
- cases of repeat offense,
- the procedure for temporary or permanent exclusion from the possibility of submitting EAE,
- the technical issues and the deadline for carrying out the controls, as well as
- any other necessary detail for the implementation of article 63A of Law 5264/2025.
With the new framework, AADE ensures the uniform and effective implementation of the prescribed control and sanctions procedures, contributing to the proper management of Union resources, the protection of the money of Greek and European taxpayers, and the reliable operation of the system for submitting and managing Single Aid Applications, the authority emphasizes in its announcement.
