Friday 11.09.2026: Briefing of analysts and the investment community via conference call and online presentation of the results of the first half of 2026
Wednesday 04.11.2026: Ex-dividend date for the right to the interim dividend for fiscal year 2026 and the reinvestment right
Thursday 05.11.2026: Date for determining beneficiaries of the interim dividend for fiscal year 2026 and the reinvestment right (Record Date)
Thursday 26.11.2026: Commencement of payment of the interim dividend for fiscal year 2026
It is noted that the Company's Board of Directors proposes the distribution of an interim dividend to shareholders in the net amount of €0.10 per share, that is, a total amount of €4.8 million, increased by 25% per share compared to the interim dividend of the corresponding period last year (€0.08 / share).
