The Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) is putting the new myDATA 2.0.2 version into operation from 10 September 2026, continuing the upgrade of its digital services.
The new version strengthens the digital monitoring of the movement of goods, with more capabilities for the issuance, receipt, transport, delivery, return and cancellation of documents. At the same time, the interconnection of myDATA with ERP systems and providers is being expanded.
The changes make it easier for businesses, carriers and recipients to monitor the course of a movement with greater clarity and to digitally manage more actions. At the same time, automated checks and the proper association of each action with the parties involved are being strengthened.
The timologio is also being upgraded, with new indications, checks and management capabilities for movement documents, as well as the myDATAapp, with new functions for issuing and starting movement.
With the new version, AADE is taking another step toward a more automated and functional digital transaction environment, limiting individual manual procedures and more effectively supporting the daily operation of businesses, the announcement emphasizes.
The new version will be available after the scheduled upgrade on Thursday 10/09/2026, from 07:00 to 09:00, during which time the applications will not be available.
