The new procedures for checking requests and supporting documents of the Declaration Reception Centers (KYD) for maintaining their certification due to changes are being put into effect, according to a joint decision of the Minister of Rural Development and Food, Margaritis Schinas, and the Governor of AADE, Giorgos Pitsilis (A. 1182/2026).
More specifically, the new regulation concerns entities that have been certified pursuant to the relevant decisions of the Minister of Rural Development and Food (370/104924/18.04.2022 and 419/113520/29.04.2022, as in force) and with it the following are determined:
- The permitted changes of certified entities for maintaining their certification.
- The required supporting documents submitted depending on the requested changes.
- The deadline, method, and procedure for submitting applications for changes by certified entities.
- The procedure for evaluating the applications and issuing the relevant decision.
According to the relevant announcement, requests for changes can be submitted on the “My Requests” platform of the myAADE digital portal, in the new Agricultural Subsidies category created to serve producers and entities submitting applications for agricultural subsidies. After the checking and evaluation of the supporting documents, applicants are informed digitally about whether or not the requested change is accepted.
With the new decision, transparency and the proper management of Union resources are strengthened, safeguarding public revenues and promoting the country’s credibility in the EU. At the same time, a pressing pending issue is resolved by ensuring a clear operating framework for the Declaration Reception Centers which, among other entities, are authorized to submit, amend, and manage, for a fee, Single Aid Applications.
