“The difficulties farmers are facing with this year’s OSDE declarations and the new myAGRO platform were at the center of the cooperation I had with the vice president of the government so that they may be settled immediately, in order for the process to be completed smoothly and, above all, for there to be no problems in the timely payment of subsidies to the real beneficiaries. We hope that the corrective moves made in recent days, with the extension of deadlines and the resolution of technical issues, will have the expected results”,
This was emphasized by the secretary general of the Parliamentary Group of New Democracy, MP for Larissa, Maximos Charakopoulos, after the briefing he received from the vice president of the government, Kostis Hatzidakis, on the problems that have arisen with the submission of OSDE declarations.
At the same time, the Thessalian politician also underlined that, “the point is for these improvements to facilitate producers and the Declaration Reception Centers in practice, so that the process is completed without further hardship and with the necessary checks, ensuring the timely payment of Community subsidies to the real beneficiaries”.
More specifically, according to the announcement by the Ministry of Rural Development and the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE), the deadline for submitting the 2026 Single Aid Application (EAE) for producers wishing to receive the advance payment of Basic Income Support by 31 October was moved to 25 September, while the deadline for submitting transfers of entitlements was moved to 30 September.
Also, in areas where the Cadastre operates, the minimum percentage of geospatial overlap of the digitized parcels with the declared KAEK was set at 55%.
In addition, the Ministry of Rural Development and Food and the Independent Authority for Public Revenue announced a series of interventions to resolve technical issues and simplify the process on myAGRO, among other things in matters of authorizations, the operation of KYD and accountants, supporting documents, lease agreements, and cartographic depiction.
