The leadership of COMSYS presented its new series of business applications during a special event attended by journalists. The reason is Jaggle.Apps, an ecosystem of applications designed to adapt to the particular operational needs of each organization.

Jaggle.Apps have been developed on the Jaggle.eu platform, leveraging AI-powered low-code technology, and combine ready-made functionality with capabilities for customization, integration, and further evolution, depending on the needs of each business.

For those who do not know, Jaggle.eu is COMSYS’s Greek low-code platform with integrated artificial intelligence, which allows businesses to design and develop applications, improving delivery time by up to 90%. Along the way, through real projects and customer needs, reusable business knowledge was created, on which the development of the new application series was based.

More specifically, as COMSYS management explained, until today businesses were mainly between two options: standardized software, which is characterized by limited flexibility and implementation, customization, and maintenance costs, and tailor-made solutions, which offer full customization but require more time and higher implementation cost.

Jaggle.Apps come to respond to this condition, which, according to the company, leverage AI-powered low-code to combine the implementation speed of a ready-made application with the adaptability of a tailor-made solution, while also emphasizing security and data governance.

Designed for a wide range of business needs, Jaggle.Apps support the automation of business functions and workflows, combining ready-made functionality with capabilities for customization, integration, and evolution.

As COMSYS Executive President, Vasilis Galakos, explained, Jaggle.Apps are not starting their course in the market now, but are already operating at customers. They constitute, as he noted, the evolution of the investment the company has made over the last 5-6 years in the Jaggle platform, on which applications have now been developed that are offered as ready-made products, with a subscription model. Among their main advantages he placed cost savings, speed, and the ability to adapt to future changes.

What Jaggle.Apps offer

The first series includes Jaggle.CRM, Jaggle.HR, Jaggle.Signage, Jaggle.Conversational AI, Jaggle.RAG, Jaggle.AutoML and Jaggle.XL2App, covering a wide range of business needs, from sales, contract, and human resources management to digital signage, customer service automation, leveraging corporate knowledge, predictive analytics, and converting spreadsheets into functional applications.

Jaggle.CRM

Jaggle.CRM connects the entire commercial relationship with each customer, from opportunity management and sales stages to contracts, billing scheduling, management of the cash flow picture, and customer service.

Unlike an application limited to contact and sales management, it connects commercial, financial, and service processes, giving different teams shared information, continuity, and greater control throughout the customer relationship cycle.

Jaggle.HR

Jaggle.HR brings together employee data, onboarding processes, requests, approvals, leave, training, certifications, and daily services in one customizable application. It replaces processes that are often fragmented across emails, spreadsheets, shared folders, and different systems, while it can be adapted to the organizational structure, roles, and approval processes of each organization and be integrated with payroll, accounting, identity management, and document systems.

Jaggle.Signage

Jaggle.Signage brings together in one application the management of content, playlists, campaigns, display points, and screens for organizations that operate digital signage networks in different locations.

Teams can organize content, create display schedules, target specific screens or groups of devices, and centrally monitor device status and content as it is displayed. Thus, the management of a digital signage network is transformed into a unified and controlled display flow.

Jaggle.Conversational AI

Jaggle.Conversational AI gives businesses the ability to design, test, and manage AI-powered conversations for chat, voice, messaging, and social channels. It combines visual dialogue flow design, natural language understanding, omnichannel communication, analytics, and the ability to transfer to a service representative. Conversations can also be integrated with existing systems and services, so that communication is incorporated into the service processes of businesses.

Jaggle.RAG

Jaggle.RAG connects large language models with an organization’s knowledge sources, documents, databases, websites, and other document repositories, so that responses are based on controlled and approved content.

Its architecture supports the continuous updating of the knowledge base, integration with existing systems and other Jaggle applications, and the application of governance policies, offering controlled and reliable utilization of the organization’s knowledge bases.

Jaggle.AutoML

Jaggle.AutoML brings the easy creation of predictive models into an organized environment, bringing together data connection and preparation, definition of the prediction target, automated model training and evaluation, and utilization of the results. Performance indicators and analysis of the factors affecting each prediction strengthen the acceptance of the results, while these can be integrated into decision support applications or recommendation systems, or made available for other uses by external systems.

Jaggle.XL2App

Jaggle.XL2App offers the ability to convert processes that have been developed and operate within spreadsheets into functional applications. The files can retain their structure, formulas, and computational logic and at the same time be connected with data and control mechanisms of a structured application. In this way, knowledge that has already been embedded in spreadsheets is preserved, without requiring the redesign of the entire process from scratch.

The plans for the coming years

Referring to COMSYS’s plans for the coming years, the company’s Executive President placed at the center the further development of the Jaggle platform, which he described as a key investment of the company, which is ongoing. As he noted, during this period agentic capabilities are being integrated into the platform, with the aim of making it agentic before the end of the year. The technology is 100% proprietary to COMSYS, while the investment has been made entirely by the company itself.

At the same time, Mr. Galakos explained that COMSYS focuses on segments of the market that are not adequately covered and in which there are no available solutions.

As regards abroad, COMSYS is currently testing its strength in the DACH markets –Germany, Austria and Switzerland– as well as in the Scandinavian Countries, with a local partner. According to him, acceptance of the technology is good, while the company already has a “giant client” in Germany.
