H KEKROPS S.A. (ATHEX: ΚΕΚΡ) published the annual financial statements for the period 01/01/ – 30/06/2026
The main financial figures for the period of the first half of 2026 and the comparable period are as follows:
Turnover: Sales for the first half of 2026 amounted to € 17 thousand compared with € 2,065 thousand on 30/06/2025. In the comparable period, the sale of one stremma of the plot in Block 133 had taken place, whereas during the current period no sale of any asset took place.
Profit/ (Loss) before tax: The loss before tax for the first half of 2026 amounts to € 148 thousand compared with losses of € 674 thousand in the previous period and is reduced by € 526 thousand. The comparable period had been negatively affected by an impairment provision for assets held for sale amounting to € 388 thousand. Without the effect from the recognition of the impairments, the pre-tax results of the comparable period would have shown a loss of € 286 thousand and the reduction in losses in the comparable periods would have been € 138 thousand.
