PAPOUTSANIS S.A. informs the investment community that, according to the notification of significant changes in voting rights dated 18.09.2026, submitted by Mr. Menelaos Tasopoulos in his capacity as a person subject to notification obligations (Chief Executive Officer and member of the Company's Board of Directors), the percentage of voting rights controlled by Mr. Menelaos Tasopoulos directly and indirectly now amounts to 25.96% of the total voting rights attached to the Company's shares (corresponding to 7,035,249 common, registered, voting shares of the Company), as follows:
- Directly, due to the holding of 1,768,367 common, registered, voting shares through the joint account “KEM TASOPOULOS-KARATZA”
- Indirectly, through the company controlled by him under the name “SAPON SINGLE-MEMBER S.A.”, which holds 5,266,882 common registered voting shares of the Company
The above change, namely the increase from 23.79% to 25.96% of the total voting rights of the Company, which was notified to the Company based on the relevant TR1 notification on 18.09.2026, exceeds the thresholds of article 9 of Law 3556/2007.
