The company PAPOUTSANIS S.A. informs the investment community that, according to the notification of significant changes in voting rights dated 18.09.2026, submitted by Mr. Georgios Gkatzaros in his capacity as a person subject to the obligation (Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors), the percentage of voting rights controlled by Mr. Georgios Gkatzaros directly currently amounts to 20.13% of the total voting rights of the Company's shares (corresponding to 5,455,692 common, registered, voting shares of the Company) as follows:
- Through KEM, 252,339 common registered voting shares
- Through his individual account, 5,203,353 common registered voting shares
It is noted that the above change, namely the decrease from 24.47% to 20.13% of the total voting rights of the Company, which was notified to the Company based on the relevant TR1 notification on 18.09.2026, exceeds the thresholds of article 9 of Law 3556/2007.
