The “EUROPE HOLDINGS”, following the notifications dated 22.09.2026 that it received from Mr. Dimitrios Theodoridis, Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Executive Member of the Company’s Board of Directors, in his capacity as a person discharging managerial responsibilities, and from the company “BLACK OAK INVESTMENTS PLC”, which is a person closely associated with him within the meaning of Article 3 para. 1 point 26 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014, announces that on 21.09.2026 Mr. Dimitrios Theodoridis sold and “BLACK OAK INVESTMENTS PLC” acquired, through an over-the-counter transaction, 1,712,844 common registered voting shares issued by the Company, with ISIN GRS474003001, at a price of €1.65 per share and a total value of €2,826,192.60.
