“ORILINA PROPERTIES REIC” informs the investment community that on 22 September 2026, the acquisition was completed from the Private Limited Liability Company under the name: “BLEND 5 VENTURES LIMITED” of all the shares, namely 100% of the share capital, of the société anonyme under the name: “GERANIOU REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT SINGLE-MEMBER S.A.”, for a total consideration of € 6,930,000, adjusted for the company’s receivables and liabilities on the transaction date.
Upon completion of the transaction, “ORILINA PROPERTIES REIC” becomes the sole shareholder of “GERANIOU REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT SINGLE-MEMBER S.A.”, which owns a property at 30 Geraniou Street, in the Municipality of Athens.
It concerns a multi-storey building, which bears LEED Silver certification, in the center of Athens, with 30 Furnished Rooms-Apartments for Rent (F.R.A.R.) and commercial-use space on the ground floor.
For the F.R.A.R., there is a long-term lease with Limehome Hellas, a subsidiary of the German Limehome GmbH, one of the fastest-growing operators in the European serviced apartments sector (serviced apartments).
This sector (serviced apartments) is showing significant growth in the European real estate market as this specific model combines features of hotel hospitality with the autonomy of a fully equipped apartment.
