AUTOHELLAS A.T.E.E. announces that, on 18/09/2026, Main stream S.A., controlled by the Company's Chief Executive Officer Mr. Eftychios Vassilakis, and Mr. Giorgos Vassilakis, Executive Member, proceeded with the purchase of a total of 675 registered shares of AUTOHELLAS A.T.E.E. worth Euro 7,087.50 and on 21/09/2026 proceeded with the purchase of 2,763 registered shares of AUTOHELLAS A.T.E.E. worth Euro 29,917.28.
Following the above, the voting rights of Main Stream S.A. amount to 29,797,750, corresponding to 61.28% of the Company's shares.
