«ADMIE HOLDING S.A.» announces that the Company's Board of Directors, at its meeting of 23.09.2026, decided the distribution of an interim dividend for fiscal year 2026, in a total amount of 18,132,410 euros or 0.0500000004 euros per share before tax withholding and excluding the 216,000 treasury shares held by the Company.
The above interim dividend amount is subject to withholding tax at the applicable rate of 5%, in accordance with article 24 of law 4646/2019 (with the exception or differentiation of the withholding rate for Shareholders who are subject to special provisions).
The net payable interim dividend amount comes to 0.0475000004 euros per share.
The cut-off date is set as Monday, 21 December 2026. From this date, the Company's shares will be traded on Euronext Athens without the right to participate in the interim dividend.
Beneficiaries of the interim dividend are the Company's shareholders who are registered in the records of the Dematerialized Securities System (“D.S.S.”) on Tuesday, 22 December 2026 (record date – date of recording beneficiaries).
The interim dividend (minus the tax charges / withholdings in accordance with the law) will begin to be paid from Tuesday, 29 December 2026 through the paying bank under the name “PIRAEUS BANK S.A.”.
