The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. informs the investment community, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and following relevant notification it received from FMR LLC on September 23, 2026, that, due to the acquisition of voting rights, the total percentage of voting rights indirectly held by FMR LLC, through its controlled undertakings in the Company, reached the 10% threshold on September 21, 2026 and specifically amounted to 10.00%, a percentage corresponding to 6,370,000 voting rights.
