The Eurolife FFH received a total of six distinctions at the Hellenic Responsible Business Awards, for its collaboration with HOPEgenesis aimed at addressing low birth rates and supporting families in remote areas of Greece.
The company received 4 Gold, 1 Silver and 1 Bronze award, in six different categories, for initiatives that highlight corporate responsibility, social contribution and sustainable development, according to the relevant press release.
The new distinctions are added to the awards that Eurolife FFH has already received for this specific initiative, recognizing its collaboration with HOPEgenesis and the effort to create social impact.
The collaboration with HOPEgenesis
Since 2019, Eurolife FFH has been collaborating with HOPEgenesis, supporting families living in remote areas of Greece and contributing to addressing low birth rates.
Within the framework of the program, the company has adopted a total of 12 regions of the country, providing comprehensive support to couples who wish to start a family, but face difficulties due to limited access to health and care services.
At the same time, Eurolife FFH has undertaken the long-term commitment to create a nursery school in each of the 12 regions, with the aim of establishing the first nursery school in each location.
Through the program, 298 children have been born to date, while 28 more births are expected. In total, 319 families have benefited.
At the same time, 6 nursery schools have already been delivered to local communities, while work continues for the completion of the remaining ones.
