Diamantis Masoutis S.A. was honored with two awards at the BITE Awards 2026 powered by EPSILONNET, for the Integrated Recruitment and Candidate Management System (Applicant Tracking System – ATS).
As stated in a relevant announcement, the project received a Silver Award in the category Best Use of Document/Content Management & Workflow and a Bronze Award in the category Best Use of HR Management/Digital Card.
The Applicant Tracking System (ATS) was developed internally by the IT Department of Diamantis Masoutis S.A., in close collaboration with the Human Resources Department, to support the recruitment process and candidate management. It is a comprehensive digital solution, designed based on the company’s needs and processes.
The two distinctions highlight the expertise of Masoutis’ IT team and the collaboration between the two departments for the development of a digital solution tailored to the company’s needs.
2026 is a milestone year for Diamantis Masoutis S.A., as it marks 50 years of operation, while the completion of the acquisition of ANEDIK Kritikos signals a new phase of growth for the company. The expansion of the network and workforce creates new requirements at the level of infrastructure and internal processes, strengthening the role of technology in the company’s operation. The BITE Awards 2026 ceremony took place on Monday, September 21, at Anassa City Events, with the participation of 685 ICT market executives. The institution, organized by Boussias Events, rewards IT projects and digital transformation initiatives in the public and private sectors.
The awards were received, on behalf of Diamantis Masoutis S.A., by Panagiotis Amoutzias, IT Deputy Director, and Dimitra Papadopoulou, Web Developer, members of the company’s IT Department.
