“ADMIE HOLDING S.A.” (the “Company”), announces that the Company’s Board of Directors, at its meeting of 23.09.2026, decided on the distribution of an interim dividend for fiscal year 2026, in the total amount of 18,132,410 euros or 0.0500000004 euros per share before tax withholding and excluding the 216,000 treasury shares held by the Company.
